Reflexology was known to the Native Americans and used in healing practices. We offered trained reflexology services. Reflexology is the use of pressure points and zones within the body to relieve stress and when stress is relieved healing can begin to take place.

Our reflexology sessions take from 45 minutes to an hour and involve your complete relaxation while we massage your feet in order to help balance your psyche.
